(1) heat dissipation performance and thermal deformation problems. The frictional heating of the parts in the box changes the viscosity of the lubricating oil, which affects its lubricating performance; the temperature rise causes the box to thermally deform, especially the thermal deformation and thermal stress with uneven temperature distribution, which have a great impact on the accuracy and strength of the box influences.
(2) The structure design is reasonable. For example, the arrangement of fulcrums, the arrangement of ribs, the location of openings and the design of the connection structure should all help to improve the strength and rigidity of the box.
(3) Good manufacturability. Including rough manufacturing, mechanical processing and heat treatment, assembly adjustment, installation and fixing, lifting and transportation, maintenance and repair, and other aspects of manufacturability.
(4) Good shape and small quality.
